Location information
Kadigai requires location information (latitude, longitude, time zone) for calculating planetary movements. Shown above is the screen where you can enable location on click of “Set Permission “which takes user to setting page to enable Location in “App permissions” menu.
Data are entered automatically filled using in-built location services of your mobile.
Privacy Control
None of these location data are transmitted out of your mobile or stored in our system on server side.
In addition, Location services are protected at Android OS level. No application can change it (switch on / off) screen, it is only the user can make the changes using the settings page.
Support request
For support request, when support email link is clicked, system information will be collected to identify the issue and will be put as plain text either as attachment or body text, which in both cases allows sender to review the content before sending it.
All information collected are technical data to enable technical team to identify “what went wrong, where and when in the application” to fix the issue.
Privacy Control
In the support request mail, all content can be viewed and edited to your preference before sending it.
In addition, additionally, Android OS has an inbuilt protection for privacy and security due to which no application can send email without your consent.
Service Providers
Kadigai use third party services of Google that may have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the analytics on app users.
